Shipping Policy

Orders are packed within one to two business days after payment clears. You will receive a confirmation email when the parcel leaves our warehouse, followed by tracking details once the carrier scans it.

Standard delivery usually takes three to seven business days depending on the destination. Remote areas can take longer. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not a guarantee, especially during public holidays or severe weather.

Shipping is free on orders over $80. Below that amount, the delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

Please check the delivery address before submitting your order. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient where they apply. If a parcel is held by customs, the carrier will contact you directly.
