Returns and exchanges
You may return an unused bag within 30 days of delivery. The item should be in the condition you received it, with tags attached and the original packaging where possible. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, so we can give you the correct return address and reference number.
Once the parcel arrives and is inspected, we will confirm the refund by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of approval. Shipping costs are refunded only when the item was faulty or the wrong item was sent.
If a bag arrives damaged, keep the packaging and take photos of the item and the box. Send them to us within 48 hours so we can raise a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges depend on available stock. If the replacement style or colour is unavailable, we will offer a refund or a credit note.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
